I can offer impartial advice from a small extension to a ‘new build’, {including loft & garage conversions},at a time that is convenient to suit you, be it daytime, evenings or weekends; and the initial consultation is free of charge.

During the initial consultation, I will be able to advise if Planning Permission is required, and if so the likelihood of success. In addition I can advise not only on my fees and those of the Local Authority; but also give an indicative quote on the overall cost of the building project.
